Having been through two rounds of IVF treatment, Jessica understands exactly what it feels like to go through this unique and challenging time.
In these two IVF and Fertility exercise videos, she combines her first hand IVF experience with her physical therapy and Pilates expertise to create two workouts focused on women going through IVF.
The first video in this two part video series is called "Preparing for Fertility Treatments" and will help your body get ready for any fertility treatments you might be considering. It was created to help detox, strengthen and stretch your body, helping to create a health environment for a new baby.
The second video is called "During the Stimming Period" and was created to be used during the injection - or "stimming" - time of your IVF cycle. There are very specific guidelines given by most doctors for exercise during this time, and this video explains why these are important and talks you through some movements you can still do without causing harm.
Each video is under 20 minutes and is appropriate for people of all levels of experience.
Jessica knows personally the stress and anxiety that can occur during fertility treatments, and gears these workouts to help you feel better both physically and mentally.
IVF can make you feel out of touch with your body and out of control. These videos can help you do something for yourself in order to feel powerful and strong again.
